Information you provide

When you request an automotive program review or SkyTab demo, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, business name, email, phone, location, business type, estimated card volume, current setup, timing, and message.

How we use it

We use these details to respond to your request, assess the fit of the requested offer, provide a review or demo, and maintain lead records. Your request permits follow-up about that inquiry; it is not blanket consent to unrelated marketing or automated text campaigns.

Storage and service providers

Requests submitted through the embedded forms are processed through the client’s Votel account. Service providers may process information to operate the website, forms, CRM, and business communications. Legacy requests may remain in client-controlled Google services. We do not sell the contact information you submit through these forms.

Website activity

The website host may process standard access information, such as IP address, page requested, and browser information, to serve and secure the website. Referral parameters may be used to understand where an inquiry originated.

Sensitive information

Do not submit payment statements, card numbers, bank-account details, Social Security numbers, passwords, or verification codes through these forms. A representative will explain an approved process if documents are needed.
